At ZS Tutors, all payments for tutoring services are made in advance. Because we reserve time slots and assign tutors specifically for your child, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made.

Important Notes:

• Missed sessions are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

• Payments and subscriptions are non-transferable to other students or accounts.
